We hired Y9 Construction for a relatively small job - Bathroom remodel. I initially selected this company because they answered my call right away, spoke knowledgeably on the phone, and beat all of the other estimates that I received.
When the owner, Eddie, came to the house for the consultation, I was struck by his professionalism, easy-going manner, and non-salesy approach. I was also impressed with his portfolio of work. Enthusiastically, I asked about having him do several other jobs. To my delight and surprise, he told me that a couple of the items I mentioned, did not need repair at the moment. His honest approach truly earned my respect.
The day the work was done, my schedule was so hectic that I forgot all about the appointment and was at work until late. Upon returning home I found a spotless house and absolutely no sign that workers had been present.... It couldn't have been easier for me.
This is my new go-to construction company.

Y9 Construction had really nice cabinets readily available at decent price range and installed our kitchen project quickly and took care of all the little things that made our project end with great looking results.
