FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet clients looking for custom work to make sure I get a good feel for their interests and aesthetic preferences, as well as describing potential processes and material options. From information learned here, I make a few designs and drawings to fit each clients personality and interests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied metals/jewelry, furniture and sculpture in undergrad and graduate school, and am just wrapping up my thesis paper to receive a Masters in Fine Arts from SDSU. I am confident in working precious metals, steel, aluminum, brass, as well as woodworking, and contemporary concrete furniture methods!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My past work ranges widely from a ceremonial sterling silver mace for SDSU, to built in custom seating on large yachts, custom ornamental metalwork for restaurants, to heirloom quality tables/bedframes/headboards.
