Hi! My name is Sania and I am a yoga teacher, somatic movement facilitator, and holistic wellness coach.
I guide people to have a deeper connection to their body so that they can regulate their nervous system, create space in their body and mind, and digest their emotions with easeful confidence.

You see, I don’t just teach people yoga practices, I get really curious about what’s most present for you in each session, holding space for real-time somatic dialogue of what's happening moment by moment.
I incorporate yoga postures, breathwork, meditation, and somatic movement in our sessions for a well-rounded experience.
I love working with people 1-1 and witnessing their journey over time. I also love guiding sessions for bachelorette parties, events, and corporate wellness.
