Hi there! I provide personalized yoga sessions and travel to the comfort of my client’s homes. I have been teaching for four years and am a E-RYT 500hr yoga instructor. In addition, A&E Wellness is fsa/hsa eligible!
Through sessions with me you will gain an increase in flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. When I teach yoga I teach from a lens of decolonization and honor/embrace yoga’s roots. I incorporate breath work, meditation, and yoga movement, and yoga philosophy in my sessions. I am a firm believer that yoga is more than just a workout - if you are wanting to learn all that yoga has to offer I would love to guide you!
I teach corporate and in-home private yoga, as well as special events like bachelorette and wedding parties! I have had the pleasure of working with a diverse range of students from; pregnant women, cancer patients, seniors, and people who have never done yoga. I also have mats that I provide if requested in advance. I take great pride in connecting with my students!
I love what I do because I value creating meaningful relationship with others! My soul is fueled by others’ success and self-discovery!

Amelia is such an amazing instructor!! She taught my group of 9 for a bachelorette party. We were all worried that it would be a tough morning after the previous night out, but Amelia walked us through a fantastic and restorative session. She was also incredibly flexible, accommodating, and kind throughout the whole planning process. When we found out that our Airbnb wouldn't be big enough to host a yoga session, she found the PERFECT public space for us to meet. When it rained unexpectedly, making the ground wet outside, she was able to push our session until the ground dried. Thank you, Amelia!!
