In our busy culture, learning effective ways to rest and relax is a superpower. Not only can you begin to take steps to improve your wellness, but your productivity improves when your body is resting well. Happier, more rested people are more functional and productive. Invest in your employees so they will invest in you. Individuals: Are you looking for more special attention in your yoga practice? Are in-studio group classes too intimidating? Hire me to teach you the basics and beyond, or to deepen your existing practice. One on one attention will change your yoga experience forever. Celebration Groups: Bachelorettes/Birthdays/Women’s Circles/Retreats, and more! I also love leading groups! Breathe and move with your friends, employees/networking group. I can guide you at an outdoor space or in your home. This is a beautiful way to spend time with your favorite people in a juicy, feel good way. We can take it slow with something like a deep stretch style class, or a more invigorating vinyasa practice for intermediate yogis & yoginis. ___________________________ General information: I require a small deposit for most GROUP bookings to hold the date as my availability is limited. Prices are subject to change. I can provide up to 10 mats (let me know if you need more) and some blocks. If I’m traveling over 1 hour, there may be a travel fee included in price, but I’ll let you know. FINALLY, if you can’t afford the listed price, I’m always willing to have a conversation because sharing this practice with you is the most important part.
