Hi, I’m Cole, the owner and founder of Windy Willow Yoga! I’m a 200-hour certified yoga instructor passionate about creating fun, intentional, and approachable yoga experiences. I offer private and group classes for a variety of occasions, from bachelorette weekends and girls’ trips to apartment communities, corporate events, beach sessions, and more. This was amazzzing!!! Such a great experience. Cole was professional and made the yoga class tailored to my specific skill level while still helping me achieve my yoga goals! The adjustments she had for me were well worded so i could execute properly and her cues were amazing! I highly recommend.

Cole was the best! We booked a private beach yoga class for my friend's bachelorette party and it ended up being one of our favorite parts of the weekend. Practicing yoga on the beach was such a fun and relaxing way to start the day. Cole was so friendly and easygoing, made everyone feel comfortable, and kept the class engaging for all experience levels. If you're looking for a unique activity for a bachelorette party or any group, I can't recommend Cole enough!

Cole is an excellent teacher, and we really enjoyed her class! The flow was well-paced, easy to follow, and left us feeling both energized and relaxed. Highly recommend her for any group sessions and we will definitely take another class in the future.
