Hi there! I have been teaching group fitness and yoga for 20+ years and I LOVE what I do! I am the founder/owner of Yogatrex which offers destination yoga sessions throughout the San Diego region. I offer private one on one sessions, couples sessions, sessions for bachelorettes, family reunions, corporate events, and more! A yoga session with Cathy was the perfect way to start off our joint Bachelor/Bachelorette weekend. She was so responsive, open, and easy going. On the day of, Cathy got to our Airbnb and set up a session for 13 perfectly on time. She adapted to everyone’s skill level and made everyone feel extremely comfortable. Once we review your goals, physical abilities, limitations, and any other concerns you may have (or maybe you're just nervous and unsure what to expect in a yoga session) I'm here for YOU. I will tailor each session to your needs and yoga experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I stumbled upon my first Yoga session during my college years and soon realized that you don't have to be super bendy and flexible to start yoga! This was the beginning of my yoga journey, that eventually led to my desire to teach the benefits of yoga to others.
