I would hire Seng from Simple Fix Handy Man Service again in a heartbeat. We hired him to remove a rear door and move a washer and dryer out of the house in a very tight space for a fridge delivery ( from another delivery company). He was punctual, very easy to get along with, professional, knowledgeable and really did a fantastic job. While he was carefully moving the washer and dryer into the back yard he noticed the rubber washers had worn out on the washing machine connectors, brought it to my attention and he replaced them, which probably avoided a future washing machine flood. An unforeseen electrical issue arose during the fridge delivery which he troubleshooted and also repaired so we were able to use our new fridge instantly. He made an otherwise stressful day into a pleasant, reassuring one. He really came to our rescue and saved the day. Cannot thank him enough for his help. And I look forward to hiring him again in the near future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My work pay as a Handyman is based on per hour. The price is for labor only, all item need for the project, customer should provide. I do have some item for sale if needed, but if don't have what a customer need, then I would go to the hardware store for a customer. be aware that I'm paid by the hour.
