I wanted to have a 70" TV mounted on a pull down mount over the fireplace because the fireplace is on a high hearth. I contacted Rashaud and he gave me a great estimate over the phone and was highly rated. He and a partner arrived on time and did an excellent job in mounting the TV on the pull down mount that I had purchased on Amazon. They made sure the TV was level, totally secure and centered over my mantle. Then they adjusted the tension on the gas struts so that I can pull it down and push it back against the wall very easily. Plus, it tilts and swivels, staying exactly as I position it! I highly recommend these two for installing your wall mounted TVs. It's not easy to mount a 70" television on a new and complex pull down mount, but these two tackled it and did a very professional job. It looks great (see photo) and I'm very, very pleased!
