Dr Drain owner quickly responded to my request to fix leaking toilet bowl system and arrived about 2.5 hrs after initial contact. Ended up replacing aged water flushing system in 2 toilets to prevent issue from happening and looking forward to not having to deal with these problems for a while. Good job and reasonable fees, highly recommended!

Details: 1 toilet • Municipal water (most common) • Condo/Apartment

We really appreciate Dickson's honest assessment on our sewer pipe. We decided to defer our project bc he gave us his honest opinion on the health of our pipe. The problem is smaller than we originally thought. His estimate for the pipe replacement is also very good. We will definitely hire him for any future plumbing projects we have.
