- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a free estimate after an on-site evaluation of your plumbing problem. We do not have a dispatch free or trip charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With the hustle and bustle of everyday life, we know the last thing our customers want to deal with is a plumbing problem. Our main goal is to help our customers, especially our new customers, resolve their plumbing issues quickly and with as little disruption to their lives as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff have collectively more than five decades of experience solving plumbing problems in San Francisco.
