- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After inspection of your appliance our pricing is based on complexity of the actual project. For client convenience we do not charge hourly rate and of course we do provide warranty. Discounts may be applied. (Ask your technician for more info.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Acknowledge the issue, schedule inspection visit with date and time based on client availability. We find a solution that will meet client expectation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Highly trained at fixing and/or replacing and installing residential as well as commercial appliances.
