Sergey from GP Appliance Repair called almost immediately after I posted the job and scheduled an appointment within a couple of hours. He diagnosed the issue right away from the description on the phone and came prepared to fix it - he confirmed the problems on arriving and fixed in short order in the estimate he provided and cleaned up the area. He was honest, forthright, kind & I got a good vibe from him on his explanation, cost & evaluation He explained the electronics memory may need replacbut the part was discontinued. He said he rebooted and start a cycle. If it did not work he would refund $100of the fee. I was impressed with business integrity. So far it’s working

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After inspection of your appliance our pricing is based on complexity of the actual project. For client convenience we do not charge hourly rate and of course we do provide warranty. Discounts may be applied. (Ask your technician for more info.)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Acknowledge the issue, schedule inspection visit with date and time based on client availability. We find a solution that will meet client expectation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Highly trained at fixing and/or replacing and installing residential as well as commercial appliances.
