My Wolf oven was taking too long to heat. I called this company because Wolf is considered a higher end appliance and I didnt want just a generic appliance technician to work on it. Tom from high-end appliance repair came on a short notice replaced one of the ignition devices pretty fast and at an affordable price. I will recommend them to my friends and use them again in the future.

Our Thermador refrigerator alarm kept going off beeping nonstop. My friend referred me to this company, I asked for the same technician Tom, but he wasnt available that day so they sent another one. Mark was just as good, he determined a bad door switch and replaced it right away.
