Ali was super nice and very knowledgeable and taught me enough about the problem so that I can take care of it myself in the future. The problem was just a loose fan, and believe it or not 3 previous Sears repairmen couldn't fix it! That is, they would "fix" it and even replace the part.....but it would start making this irritating tck tck tck tck sound within a few weeks after it was done. Ali showed me what was happening and why the new parts fail, and how to adjust the fan to make the sound go away forever. Now my fridge is purring like a cat. So glad I don't have to keep spending money on this thing.

Mehmed was our technician and he was great. Trustworthy and did a good job helping fix our dishwasher. I would definitely use his services the next time. He fixes the washer and took the time to explain what was going on.

Heriberto and his partner were perfect! They were very professional and worked without stopping until they got my dryer in working order.They found the problem, ordered the parts and when the parts arrived , came to my house and fixed it. I am really impressed with themThank you!
