Prime Fix was referred to me by my refrigerator company under warranty , and I could not be happier with this repair company! They called immediately upon receipt of the referral, and scheduled an appointment right away. Den is the technician who arrived and was nothing but polite and took the time to explain the issues after he diagnosed the problem. Once the replacement part arrived from my refrigerator company, Prime Fix was ready to schedule the repair appointment immediately. I even had to ask to delay the appointment, lol. They will be my go to for any future repairs.

I WAS VERY ASTONISHED WITH THIS COMPANY, "PRIME FIX APPLIANCES REPAIR, AS I HAD AN OLD 14+ STOVE THAT ONE OF THE BURNERS WAS NOT WORKING.THE OWNER WAS SO KIND AND UNDERSTANDING.HE IS A MAN THAT YOU CAN TRUST.THERE WERE NO PARTS AVAILABLE TO THIS MAYTAG BUT HE ORDERED A PART AND WORK TO MAKE IT FIT ON MY STOVE.HE HAS ALL THE TOP TOOLS AND PARTS.HE NEVER STOPPED WORKING AND SPENT 2 + HOURS STRAIGHTI HAD APPLIANCES GIANTS THAT CAME OUT BEFORE I HAD CALLED PRIME FIX.THE TECH WAS A VERY NICE MAN BUT DIDN'T HAVE THE TOOLS OR KNOWLEDGE TO WORK ON MY STOVE.THEY ALSO ARE MORE HIGHER IN PRICE.IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH YOUR STOVE, CALL PRIME FIX APPLIANCES REPAIR , YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY!!I AM A VERY HAPPY AND PLEASED CUSTOMER
