Where to begin. It was the worst possible appraiser one could go to. They just ask you for all the info about the property, cut and paste stuff from the internet. I should have realized when they asked how many rooms, but thought that was for knowing howmuch to charge me for the report. But without you telling the info, they wouldn't know a damn thing. I paid extra for the photos and the appraiser didn't even care to look at the photos. They are so bad and can't even get details from the google maps or city. They quoted all the 3 important things in an appraisal - site area, build area, and year built way off from the actuals.

Thank you for the feedback. When speaking with new clients, the most efficient way to determine the correct type of appraisal, pricing, and turnaround time is a brief conversation where we clarify the basic property details and the intended use of the report.
During our call, we attempted to review those details, but they were not provided and the request to go over them by phone was declined. Without that information, it is not possible for any appraisal firm to determine the correct scope of work.
