- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are based on complexity and time to complete an assignment. Complex properties include High Value properties, unusual large size, in-law units, enhanced views, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting the basics of what is needed, for what purpose, and the date needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A certain level of education and training are required for licensing. Beyond that, I am required to complete continuing education to maintain my license. My father is an appraiser and was my trainer and mentor, I further trained in commercial properties with a small bank in downtown San Francisco, and I have been self-employed since 2006.
