- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing ranges depending on property type, complexity, size and location. Single Family Appraisals start at $400 and 2-4 unit properties start at $550 for non-complex.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Determine scope of work, intended use, intended users and take the necessary steps to develop a credible appraisal report assignment, while working with the clients needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
56 hours every four years continuing education as well as a seven hour uniform of professional appraisal practice every two years to maintain active license. Initially trained for two years under a licensed appraiser full-time in 2003.
