Introduction: Over 13 years of experience in California specializing in architectural project delivery. I get to know my clients and their projects thoroughly first, before any billing occurs, so I can offer the best service possible. I've learned the execution of projects work best with owners equally invested and mutually supportive.
My expertise is in commercial and residential, including permit expediting, construction drawings, and CBC code review and accessibility. All work produced in BIM including inherent quantities, rendering, and parametric as-built models.

Mizzack Architects exceeded expectations designing and managing our project. They were a pleasure to work. I have been impressed most by how thorough Tony and his staff of associates are during the design process with their clients. They take a very practical approach to understanding the client and their needs (Both creatively and financially) when designing each home. Mizzack Architecture has been very proficient throughout the process, but also has been a kind person to work with. While knowledgeable about a range of architectural issues including permitting & construction feasibility, his relationship & commitment to the project has been a warm reminder of working with someone who cares. Tony and I go back a few years, and I've recently needed permitting help for a remodel of a commercial space. He was knowledgeable about the process, offered options, and was also receptive to discussion. His model renderings were great to help me visualize the space. I would work with Tony again on the next one!
