We hired David to create CAD drawings for plans we needed to get approved from the city. David came and met our contractor and made suggestions and observations that were helpful. It is obvious he has training in architecture and is knowledgeable about minimum requirements for city code.
Drawings were approved by the city and we are happy with the results. I would not hesitate to hire David again.

David came out promptly to take measurements and start the work even though I had been delayed on following up after his initial proposal. Very efficient and thorough with explaining how everything works and answering all my questions as a homeowner looking to do some updates and design/remodel in our home. He is certainly worth the investment and I am very satisfied with the as-is renderings we have started with and I look forward to working with him to finalize the design ideas on the project.

David is a caring and enthusiastic man and a delight to work with. He is very efficient and gets the job done quickly. I am grateful to him because, although I am an interior designer and certified color consultant, I do not have expertise in drawing to scale sketches of the spaces I'm hired to design. David helped me by doing those sketches and my clients were impressed. I gave him 4 stars only because some of the sketches needed to be redone because of miscommunication between us. I must admit though that I may have not been thoroughly clear re. measurements. David was always eager to do the best job possible, and I appreciated that immensely. Thank you David. Would hire again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically is $40/hr.
But I'm open to a lump sum ahead of the project and no extra charge for any additional reasonable changes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can either meet in person or talk more in details over the phone.
For the as built drawings, I'll schedule to meet the client at his/her property and measure the property at the same time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor degree in architecture. And I'm proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, FormZ, Navisworks, SketchUp, Photoshop.
