Sam was absolutely incredible to work with and made the balloon wall and garland for our baby shower completely stress-free. From start to finish, she was a true professional that knows what goes into these. She took the time to listen to our vision and shared mockups and color palettes ahead of time so we knew exactly what to expect — which made us feel confident going into the event. Her pricing was also the most fair and transparent we found, delivering amazing value for the quality of work she provides. On the day of the event, Sam arrived right on time, installed everything efficiently, and the final result looked even better than we imagined. I would not hesitate to use Sam again. Her prices are very reasonable. She showed up on time and she made arrangements on her own to pick up the items with the building management. She executed on my vision. I would not hesitate to hire her again.
