I hired Edwin and his team to change a door out. Our bathroom door used to swing out into the hallway, blocking traffic. His team switched it to swing into the bathroom now. I cannot believe how beautiful it looks. Not a seam, or scar. It’s as if the door had always swung inwards. They moved the hinges on the door, the kick plate on the door jamb, the door jamb itself, and even corrected the door frame that wasn’t completely square. They puttied, sanded, and painted and even dried the paint so it didn’t rub off on us or our dog. The team was very courteous to me as we work from home, and were great with our dog too. They covered the floors in paper and cleaned up when finishing for the day, storing their gear in an out of the way corner. They showed up on time and ready to work every day. A great, personable team with high professionalism and excellent results. Edwin came by in person to give the quote, introduce me to the team when they arrived, and after the job was finished to do a final inspection. Edwin is excellent. Highly recommended.

I recently had the experience of dealing with water damage in my home, impacting the ceiling of my son's bedroom and a exterior sliding door of a tenant's unit. From start to finish, Edwin was incredibly responsive and respectful of my home. His team arrived promptly, assessed the damage thoroughly, and explained everything in detail. Throughout the project, he demonstrated professionalism, worked efficiently, and left the space clean. Edwin did an excellent job replacing and improving my rear stairs for better flow onto the deck and to the side of the house. It is a small property, so confined space to work with and several factors to work around (water spigot, window, etc.), and he figured it all out. He also constructed and installed an acrylic canopy for over the porch. He was professional, listened to what my vision was, provided options to best achieve it, and kept me informed of progress. I am thrilled with the result! I highly recommend Edwin and his team.
