The best part is they were honest and knowledgeable enough to guide me through each options, so I can make decision fast. The job took less than an hour, replacing the pilot light generator. They pressured us to sign a contract on the spot and were upset when I told them I want to get another opinion. I was referred to Adams Mechanical by a coworker, the owner came out the next day to look at her unit and gave me a quote that was significantly less than the big name companies gave. Long story short, I chose them and I am beyond happy with my decision. They worked fast, explained everything to us along the way, and provided an overall pleasant experience for us! I have absolutely no complaints and I will definitely be referring them to others!"See more

The team at R & L plumbing was not able to repair my boiler. They unfortunately made the situation worse by sending the incorrect team member with incorrect tools to my home. They unfortunately ended up making a poorly functional boiler totally non-functional. They left with a plan to come back with next steps but instead have not provided to steps and incorrectly billed me for work and parts that was not done.
