- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You can see pricing for many of my products on my website. Don't see what you're looking for? Your big day should be how you want it, let’s work together to make it just as you’ve imagined! Once we’ve discussed the vision for your custom order, I'll send you a price quote based on the set up fee, time and materials. My set up fee is $75 and covers design, planning, and two rounds of feedback. Additional rounds of design and feedback can be provided at $50/hour. Projects are paid up front, or if the value is over $300, a 50% deposit is due prior to work starting. The other 50% is due before the item ships.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll get a sense of what you're looking for in as much detail as possible. If you're not sure exactly what you're looking for, I can help provide ideas and options. Once we know the scope of the project, I'll provide a quote and a custom order for you on Etsy to check out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken several modern calligraphy courses to further my personal practice. I also studied Chinese calligraphy for several years which helped establish a foundation for English calligraphy.
