1. Obtain clarity on your vision and goals
2. Reveal and remove limiting barriers
3. Create an individualized action plan that I guide you through, developing tools for stress management and productivity
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BA Psychology from Georgetown University
MA in Art Therapy , NYU
LCAT, ATR-BC ( licensed and board certified art therapist)
5 years coaching and leadership training at Landmark Worldwide
What types of customers have you worked with?
I do one-on-one coaching for individuals and I also give a lot of smaller local workshops helping people access their greatness! One of the more popular workshops is Vision Boarding. We can gain amazing insight from these collaged representations of our goals and dreams, and I enjoy educating people on the science behind why these 3-D representations propel us forward. I have started doing some corporate training as well with half-day creativity and problem-solving workshops for companies. If a business wants competitive advantage, they need to be innovative, and my workshops help with creating new ideas and team building.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your research. A lot of people call themselves 'coaches' and there are a lot of easy 'certificate' programs where people can become a life coach in a few months. Many GREAT coaches come from these programs, however, it is important to find someone who is a good fit for you as everyone has their own style. Read testimonials, do some Google searching and ask for references! If a coach is not willing to speak with you before you make a decision to hire them, then I don't believe they really are in coaching for the right reasons.
