Patrick at Benmore Construction accepted my deck repair evaluation fast, was super responsive with scheduling an evaluation visit and proposed a solution that was thousands of $$$ less than a quote from a venerable SF construction company. He completed the work in a timely, efficient and professional manner and was, overall, a total pleasure to work with. I would use him again - and recommend him unreservedly - in a San Francisco minute.

Patrick was very responsive after receiving notice about the job I needed done and setting an appoint for the following day. On the day of the appointment, Patrick was a no-show. I sent both a message to him and left a voice message. Patrick failed to respond to both.
