Bay Area Carpet Master were very communicative and efficient. The team showed up a bit early and were done in 30 minutes (we just had a couch upholstery cleaning).

They moved all the light stuff off the carpet, and picked up most of the heavy stuff to get under it.

They showed up on time, cleaned the carpets quickly and efficiently. They were very polite and nice while working. We have a dog so there was a fair amount of dog hair in the carpet which seems to all come out, also there were a few old stains and they all came out. What was better is the carpets were professionally cleaned when we moved in and they looked better after they cleaned them when we were moving out. Our landlord was very happy with how it turned out. The only thing I'll add is the carpets were SOAKED when they left and actually took overnight to dry. but they looked amazing so I'm not complaining.
