We’ve been meaning to get our rugs cleaned for a long time and so glad we finally did and that we chose Eric with carpetrugscleaningpro! He was so friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with. The rugs look so beautiful and like new! They look so much better and he was able to lift all the noticeable stains from mud / pets stains etc. He took extra care with my antique rugs that I was especially concerned with. Will definitely hire again and would highly recommend to anyone!

Eric was the best bid I got. Very reasonably priced. Arrived on time. Did a great job getting out stains on my rugs. Very personable and pleasant to work with. Would recommend and I usually don’t bother writing reviews but he was a cool guy and I want him to succeed. =)

Its not everyday that I have a glowing review after I have had my carpets cleaned. And, I'm a stickler for ensuring that the quality of the work performed is better then what I expected. Eric has an incredible work ethic and will go above and beyond to create a great customer experience. Not only do my carpets look amazing, but the friendly and engaging demeanor really added to the overall experience. I felt that he cared about the outcome from a cleaning standpoint as well as the overall experience from the initial contact all through to the end of the job. Look no further. Eric is the best around the entire Bay Area.
