Eric was an absolute delight to work with from the first message he sent to the last handshake before leaving my home! He did an exceptional job (I am so surprised how nice my carpets can look like!), was very respectful, responsive as well as flexible with scheduling. My friends and I will only be going to him for our carpet cleaning needs - he was able to get out some really annoying stains - overall I strongly recommend him and his service! This is the 2nd time I've used Al to clean my carpets. The reason it's the 2nd time is because he was so outstanding the 1st time! I made an error on the time of the appt but he was able to reschedule till the following day, which as great! We had a nasty blue stain from something called 'slime'. Anyone with kids will know this is something kids make with glue, food coloring & Borax. A large portion had got on our carpet & while I was able to remove most of it, the turquoise color remained. To my amazement, he was able remove the stain! He is very friendly while being very professional. I will highly recommend Al to anyone who wants their carpets to look new again!
