Rewanda saved the day! Our event had last minute schedule and venue changes which could have been disastrous. Rewanda flexed her staff and worked with our food vendor to set up and provide waiters as well as a bartending station. Next time we'll use her menu as well - nice selection and well-priced. - What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Credentials as well as references. Where will the product be prepared and how the product temperature will be maintained.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?Aside from customer servie food safety and sanitation are our biggest concerns. Our kitchen is spotless , and that's the way they should all be. Too many are not and that could cause someone to become sick from a food illness.
