For those of you who don't have time to cook but still want delicious and nutritious meals, or for you who have dietary challenges and are not able to prepare the types of food that you need, I offer customized meals of omnivore, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free, oil-free, or with any specific dietary restrictions you need.
I can also create specific therapeutic food plan and preparation customized to your needs to empower your healing process from specific illnesses such as cancer, candida, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hypoglycemia, inflammation, obesity, postpartum, etc.
All ingredients I use are natural, non-GMO, unprocessed, and sustainable and organic where seasonally and locally available.
