Johnny came to my location the same day I called. He was thorough in his approach and successfully completed the job. Some of the other IT technicians I looked into would only do the job remotely, requiring me to download software they would send. I certainly didn't want to do that, having just had my computer hacked. Johnny has a business practice of coming to the client's location in person the first time in order to establish trust. If I have computer issues in the future, I will feel comfortable having him work remotely.
