- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to the hotel and restaurant program at CCSF and have worked in the SF food industry as a cook, caterer, pastry chef, chef, baker, and baby food chef since I was 15.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My parents made everything from scratch and collect cook books. They have the largest home library of cook books I've ever seen. I have a passion for food that evokes nostalgic memories.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds.
