Experienced pastry chef and instructor having worked in kitchens such as Nopa and Black Jet Baking in San Francisco and abroad. I have taught bread and pastry fundamentals at cooking schools and assisted in a variety of other cooking classes. I now teach at my home or yours and build a curriculum just for you. I take pride in creating dishes with strict diets or restrictions. I enjoy making anything from salty to sweet. I use the freshest ingredients and from the farmers market and organic when possible.
