Not only are you getting the opportunity to have someone cook unique dishes for you and your family or friends, this is also a business where we give those who are interested the chance to learn this cuisine themselves.
I love passing on a bit of my family's history and that of our culture. Being here on the West Coast there are not too many opportunities to taste genuine Caribbean cooking. I love seeing a persons face after they have their first bite of a typical Puerto Rican Pastele, (the Puerto Rican version of a Tamale.)
