- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary depending on type of event/class and where class/event is located.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Private lessons start with a basic hip hop warm with a "follow the leader" type structure. Then we break down the body in a isolation exsersise. We then move on to learning a basic hip hop routine which leads to an across the floor exercise. We practice walking around to room to the beat while boosting confidence and self esteem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fredrika had trained in Ballet, Modern, Hip hop and Salsa at an early age. And started her teaching career at the 16. Trained and taught in Cuba with the national company of Santiago. Also trained in Performing Arts Workshop's curriculum of 'Critical Thinking through the Arts'.
