Gail has been walking our dog Val for about 6-7 months now and she is fantastic! I can't say enough about Gail's attentiveness, reliability, and great communication. We have had previous dog walkers an Gail is by far the best. She frequently sends pictures or videos of the day's walk, which is really thoughtful. She is also very flexible and works with us and our schedule. We originally had Gail come a few days a week, but we are so happy she now comes Monday through Friday. Peter and Gail take my golden retriever Philo, out for jaunts four days a week.mtheynare always on time and very flexible if there are any abrupt changes in my schedule. Philo happily anticipates his interactions with Gail and Peter's pack. Somehow they always are a good mix of temperments (a real hit or miss for me at dog parks). All his walks are more like some small family parties. My life has really been simpler since they've been helping me out, the last three years.

Gail was SO great! Took care of my two kitties while we were away for holiday. She sent pictures and reversed my worrisome ways. Will definitely continuing using City Tails SF for my pet sitting needs.

Gail and Peter are great. They are so helpful in making our Chocolate Lab feel comfortable and get great exercise. They are very accommodating and it's great to know we have such a great team that we can count on.
