Bill came over to our house to pick up keys and meet our cat who he would be looking after while we were out of town. He was very friendly and professional - I felt 100% comfortable leaving our home and cat in his care. Sadly we had to cancel our trip at the last minute, but bill was super understanding and accommodating. He got our keys back to us the very next day. I'll reach out to him again anytime we need a pet sitter!
