We had Air Aware come clean our ducts after we moved into our new condo. Yair and his crew were awesome - very respectful of our brand new floors and did a great job. They also made an extra special effort to clean out the dryer vent - which actual required Yair to climb out of our 3rd story window! All of this included in the price to clean the ducts! I highly recommend Air Aware.

Danielle from Air Aware was super helpful in answering questions and orienting us to the process. She was readily available, responsive, and warm and friendly. It turns out that we needed something the company was not equipped for (because our multi-unit building is four times the size of an ordinary home), but she was ever so helpful in steering us in the right direction. Our furnace stopping working over a cold weekend. Air Aware was quick to respond on Thumbtack, came for initial inspection same day, and within a week, had fixed the problem, conducted maintenance on the furnace as well as fixed multiple problems in our ducting. Nice and friendly folks, high quality work. Highly recommended!

I had an emergency last night and called Air Aware for help. A big leak in the duct of our master bedroom needed to be sealed right away. Apparently there was lots of mold that was causing the problem. Yair, thanks for coming to our house after hours. Even though the business was closed, they made the effort to help me solve my air duct issue. Thanks guys!

I am about to deliver my first child and called Air Aware for a free inspection to take a look at my ducts. The previous owner never did a deep cleaning and I knew we should do one before the baby comes. Danielle was able to accommodate all our needs and requests over the phone. Great customer service. We needed to reschedule several times and she was very easy to communicate with.
When the technician Yair arrived he was very fair, knowledgable, and honest.
I recommend this company because they are very responsive, trustworthy and know how to get the job done!
