Chris is very professional and patient. He pays attention to details and cleans things up after finishing his work. We first hired him to install recess lights and we are satisfied with his work, so we hired him again to install a kitchen sink. He is very responsive to my text message as well. Whenever I need to buy equipment ahead of the project, he provides good suggestions on brand, model and the current market trend. We like to have him as our house project man in the future, and we will recommend him and his team to all our friends who are looking for professional remodeling team.

We hired Chris to install a new electrical subpanel and to rewire our garage, which had extremely outdated (knob and tube) wiring. He came in, took a close look at everything, including our strategy, and found several ways to significantly reduce our costs (and his bill) while providing a superior result. Among other things, he figured out that (contrary to what we had been told by someone else) we didn't really need a new subpanel, which saved us hundreds of dollars. He is extremely knowledgeable, yet didn't make us feel ignorant, and made sure we understood the alternatives. We ended up having him do quite a bit more work than we originally planned, and he ultimately replaced all the fixtures in our kitchen and dining room and added outside lighting and power outlets. Really a great experience.

    Before I begin a new project, I like to personally meet my new customers. Together, we will do a "walk through" of the area of interest and discuss the details of the project. Within 24 hours of this meeting, I will submit to you a proposal for approximate time, materials, and labor. If you choose to accept this proposal, we will schedule a convenient time to begin your project.
