If I could give Alex 10 stars, I would. Alex is a true professional and very comfortable to do business with. He responds quickly and always with a very positive attitude. He explains everything thoroughly and is honest and fair. He goes above and beyond to solve any issues.
His team of workers are hard workers and good at what they do. They are on time and constantly moving. Their work standards are excellent. Alex is always around to check on the progress and to give
instructions.
He reported an issue with my rusted chimney and helped me replace it. I I was particularly impressed with the excellent preparation prior to painting. My
house had a lot of cranks on the stucco that needed
to sealed. I highly recommend Alex

Alex and his team did an excellent job painting our mid-century rancher. Their cost and services proposal were comprehensive, detailed, and fairly priced. The entire paint job was expertly done: Prep job was thorough and attentive with no task or detail spared. All cracks were repaired and sealed, wood trim sanded, grills replaced and window edges sealed. Two coats of prime were standard. Repairs to the trim were expertly done. Painting was smooth, deep and precise. Alex helped choose the paint, patiently walking us through various colors, qualities and functions without rush or pressure. For the final walk through, he made sure that it matched the proposal and any other modifications made along the way.
Alex is trustworthy, friendly, honest and has a can-do attitude. He adhered to the timeline and always kept us informed of progress. He was patient, flexible and made sure all of our concerns were addressed. The paint crew was terrific --- on time, hard-working, polite, respectful, and of good cheer. They did their jobs well, took pride in their work, cleaned up every day, and respected the property. Overall, the house looks terrific --- fresh, energized, and extremely well groomed!

Smart & Beyond restored and painted the exterior of our 1908 three-story Edwardian apartment building, including a four-story staircase up to the roof. I couldn't be more pleased with the results.
What impressed me most was how thorough they were with surface prep and waterproofing before applying any paint. During the process, they also identified a few areas of dry rot and some corroded window flashings, which they repaired at a fair price.
Overall, their pricing was transparent, and the crew was always very punctual. I would definitely work with them again.
