Amazing service at an incredible price. Do not call anyone else. Avery is the very best. A class way above the others on every level.
If you live near or around Olympia, WA, and need tech support/repair/honest advice, great knowledgeable service, kindness, professionalism, immediate service, very reasonable fees or anything relating to laptop, pc's, this is the ONLY person you should consider.
I have lived in the area for many years. Since the birth of my son with Autism, I was forced to boldly enter the world of technology.
Like a great Auto Mechanic or Doctor, a great tech can save you thousands.
I have tried MANY area techs. The bigger shops like Geek Squad, 4th Dimension, Heart, etc... are all over priced and clueless. They are, at best, wannabe techs with zero formal training. Worst of all they hide behind long winded incorrect diagnosis at extremely high prices.
I stopped trying to get repairs and started stock piling laptops and desktops.
UNTIL NOW. Avery Freeman is not only a great tech but he renewed my faith in honest people. I do give kudos to the Guru for putting together older affordable systems to those who can't afford. Recycling now more than ever matters.
BUT no one compares to Avery. In 1 day he repaired a desktop that others had alleged was repaired BUT they'd only made it worse! Heart Computers (Alex) is the biggest rip off of all. The Geek Squad gives Geeks a bad name because they cannot diagnose or advise. They will try to sell extended warranties and send your stuff back east to maybe be repaired. As for 4th Dimension, 6 guys in the back and not 1 knew how to unstick a frozen Android screen! (not kidding).
Avery will have your pc DONE next day if possible. As soon as we spoke he looked up the model numbers and already had found killer low prices on parts! He is even helping us weed through ebay to find an older model we can afford which he can improve. He never makes you feel like it's too much to ask. He sincerely CARES. Yes, more than making a buck, he cares about his clients.
I look forward to needing repairs in the future so we don't lose touch with Avery!
Whether you are a struggling mom with a low budget or a high tech office, you will get the same respect. He will never make you feel insulted because you cannot afford the newest or fastest.
Finally. my son is rarely one to like new people but Avery's kindness and help has won him over too.
There is no one like him in the area.
I would never recommend anyone unless they really are great. Avery is great.
The only reason I didn't want to give 5 stars is because he deserves 10. I stand behind this review with confidence. Thank you Avery for saving us thousands of dollars and fixing the pc's that others could not.
The high bar of excellence is set and I would never use anyone else.
