- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process has 5 steps which includes the initial meeting to determine the scope of engagement. This step is where we decide whether or not we are a good fit for you and is free. If we decide to continue, this is where we have a bit of homework collecting relevant documents and facts, also called the discovery phase. After this our team gets to work laying out a financial plan tailored to you and your family. Once the plan has been developed we like to meet with you face to face in order to review the plan and go over next steps. If you decide to implement any part of the plan with our team, we will guide you every step of the way and monitor the progress to meeting your goals. As we like to say, the financial plan is a living breathing document and should not sit on a shelf collecting dust. 1) Define scope of engagement. What are you planning for? 2) Gather relevant documents and facts. 3) Develop specific recommendations. 4) Assist with implementation, if required and within scope of engagement. 5) Monitor ongoing progress, if required and within scope of engagement.
