Scott is a great swim instructor. I could barely swim before and in just a couple of weeks, I'm swimming laps. I still have a ways to go to be 100% comfortable in water but I'm getting better after every session. Scott also provides great recaps of our drills and what I can improve on after every session. He also reviews videos of me swimming and is able to provide actionable suggestions on how to improve in between sessions. Packages: $75 base for Personal Training (in home, apartment gym, outdoors) $90 Couple Training- Train with your partner or a friend! I have limited space so contact me regarding availability!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once selected, we will have an initial phone consultation that will last for 10-30 minutes. This is not mandatory, although it will save you time before our first session together. The fitness consultation by telephone is in your benefit to fast track your success.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?The lowest priced trainer does not mean they are the best trainer for you. The old saying "you get what you pay for" is an excellent way to represent the trend of "discount trainers".
