- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are never the cheapest, but we also don't compromise or short cut projects. After years in renovating and building in the bay area some common issues can be anticipated, and contingencies are always placed in all trades of the projects. Also we can be flexible in terms of purchasing fixtures and finish items with the clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is personal introduction and site visit. Followed by a proposal/estimate based on the project's and client's needs. In many cases not all the details and finishes have been decided on, and we like to give the clients flexibility in decision making as projects are developed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a kid I loved building and creating things. From sandcastles to go-cart projects in my garage. I knew I always wanted to work with my hands, and be in construction. Now I get to share my talents with others to help them achieve their ideas and goals.
