Ben was very helpful installing a piece of door hardware that I needed assistance with. He responded to my posting within an hour and was able to make it out the very next day for service. Due to some wood filler that had to be used, he wasn't able to finish the job the same day, but offered to come out the next day. I thought I could finish the final piece myself, so he took the time to thoroughly explain how to put on the final piece and made sure I was confident before leaving me to it. Additionally, he followed up the next day with a reminder message that he guarantees his work for 30 days and to call him if there are any issues with the install. I was very happy with my service from Ben.

We will discuss all the prices and fees upfront. No hidden fees. You can see the hourly base rate for each category. Depending on the job type, location and requirements of the job, price may vary. If you like having a price for the whole project, let us know, otherwise we can go based on hourly rate. Same day/Emergency and weekend Jobs $20/h extra.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You let us know please exactly, what the job is (product type, model number, if special tools needed, etc.). Then we go ahead and give you the soonest possible time to get the job done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have bachelor's and master's degrees in mechanical engineering. First I started doing handyman jobs as a side but then I enjoyed it a lot. Now I'm doing all kinds of home repairs full-time and I love it.
