Handyman Art was FABULOUS and did several jobs for us. He hung 3 sets of blinds, mounted a new bathroom mirror and installed a Flume Water monitor, all in just 2 hours. We weren’t home and the house was empty so he did everything by communicating with my husband over the phone, even using a video call to install the Flume since he had never installed one before. Most importantly, he was honest about that and willing to try. The first thing he did was lay out all of the boxes and send us photos of them so we could see what he was dealing with. The blinds went into 3 different rooms so he took photos of each window beforehand and numbered the photos by holding up his fingers 1 thru 3, so there would be no confusion about them being mounted on the wrong windows. After they were mounted he sent photos of them both opened and closed, up and down, so we could see the work he had done. They looked perfect. He was also great at problem solving. One of the blinds had gotten bent in shipping and he sent us photos of the damaged box so we could see what had happened. He offered to try straightening it out if we wanted him to, and we requested he do that and it worked. Once it was mounted you could hardly tell. In mounting the bathroom mirror, he sent a photo holding it up to make sure it was where we wanted it. The sink is not centered over the vanity, it’s off to the side, so he showed us photos of the mirror centered over the vanity, and another of the mirror centered over the sink, again holding up fingers 1 or 2 so there would be no misunderstanding. He’s so thorough, he even sent a video after the mirror was mounted that illustrated it didn’t interfere with the handle of the sink. My husband and I were both astonished by his skill and work ethic. I can promise you we’ll be using him in the future.
