This team did such a great job on painting our ceilings, crown molding, baseboards and touching up a few spots in the kitchen. I'm so impressed. The place looks so much brighter and I no longer feel irritated by the different shades of white that were so distracting. I was very impressed with the level of prep they did - not a spot of paint got on the floors. You can see how much better the new paint looks compared to previous version in the images. Amazing team, would definitely hire again! Thank you Arbues!

Mauricio was fantastic, professional, and tackled a range of house improvement projects for us: renovated a laundry room including installing new sink, counter, shelving, electrical, plumbing and gas lines. He also fixed a broken pocket door, installed a new electrical outlet, and replaced the grout in 2 showers. He can do it all!

ARBUES CONSTRUCTION was prompt and professional- came in on budget - highest quality-and there to continually improve small issues after initial completion. They did not abandon us after being paid, as other contractors have done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my prices on labor are reasonable I don't charge a flat rate in general like carpentry is $60 paint $50 hour plumbing 65 electrical $75 tile $55 drywall $60 LABOR ONLY materials are separate usually I charge buy projects but even then I calculate the time accordingly to each trade. I hope that makes sense I calculate materials accurate. and explain everithyng well detailed

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in construction for almost two decades i went to the city college of sf to study trades. carpentry. Rough framing, plumbing ,and finish carpentry. as well as door and window installation, cabinet installation and I went CSLB to get my B-general contractor License.
