About
I am graphic designer with extensive experience in pint and web design and market strategy.
I solve design problems be it logos, websites, presentations, signage, or all of the above. Helping businesses effectively hook their target audience's attention, and making their message stick is my wheelhouse. My approach focuses on user experience like how easy can it be to use a website, understand a logo, or read a sign.

Tim helped me with branding my business and always quickly understood what I was looking for. He is very intuitive and systematic in his approach, asking questions that never occurred to me and giving great suggestions that helped me visualize what my brand was all about. He is very easy to work with, and very professional. The end result was way better than I ever expected"

Tim took on two websites for us, a theatrical group and related friends organization. We wanted distinct yet compatible looks with links between the two. He created vibrant sites that really convey our two organizations. Menus are clear, images effective, colors appealing. Our audience has been declining in recent years, partly owing to Covid, of course. We think the new sites will be effective at attracting new folks to our productions. We couldn't be more pleased.
Tim was very easy to work with and had good ideas. He helped us define our goals and also guided us in our selection of website builder that we could take over on our own. The theater site was already on Wix. We considered moving to a different software for both, but ultimately decided to continue with Wix so both sites could be managed by the same person.

Tim was a great partner on our project. Over a short meeting and a couple of emails, he grasped the concept and worked swiftly to get us what we needed. The good thing about Tim was his human approach, he kept his questions clear and the steps to completion simple. I'm so glad we worked with him.

Tim came in on several projects and always quickly understood what we were after. He asked questions that never occurred to us and gave us direction that expanded on our own ideas. Besides being a great designer he was a pleasure to work with, very professional. The projects have consistently turned out great!

Tim created the insert for my non-profit's annual appeal in 2020. His design was engaging and he worked to a tight deadline.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing based how much time will it take to deliver a finished solution/product. We start with a meeting from which I write up a brief that includes business profile, analysis of problem, proposed options and fee estimates. Upon approval a payment schedule is set up and work begins. I use FreshBooks which includes WePay option in the invoice.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always ask the following questions in one form or another because this is telling of what the project is:
-what is the short/long term goals the project? (promoting a service?, selling a product?, etc…)
-who are you trying to reach? (target audience?)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started out as fine arts photographer but became more and more interested in business communication, ie: branding, advertising, writing, strategizing and generally helping businesses promote their product, service or message.
